How Seal & Send Document Services collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. What I collect
Your name, phone number, email address, appointment or mailing address, details about your documents, and any document photos you upload when booking or ordering.
2. How I use it
To schedule and confirm appointments, process apostille orders, send updates, collect payment, and answer your questions.
3. Document photos
Photos and files you upload are used only to review your request. They are deleted once your service is complete. Original documents are returned to you by tracked mail.
4. Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
5. Sharing
I do not sell your information. It is shared only when needed to provide your service, such as with the State of Georgia for apostille requests, shipping carriers, and payment and scheduling providers, or when required by law.
6. Security
Your information is stored in secure, access-restricted systems and is only used for the purposes above.
