Before you book.
Payment
For mobile and estate appointments, the travel fee is collected when your appointment is confirmed. The rest is due at the end of your appointment. Apostille orders are paid in full before your document is submitted to the state.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment. With less notice, the travel fee is kept.
Late arrivals and no-shows
If you're more than 15 minutes late without letting me know, the appointment counts as a no-show and the travel fee is kept.
ID and signers
Every signer needs a valid, unexpired photo ID and must be present. I may decline to notarize if ID is missing, a document is incomplete, or a signer doesn't appear willing or aware of what they're signing. In those cases, the travel fee is kept.
Service area
Mobile appointments are provided within 25 miles of Lithonia, Georgia. Exceptions may be made. Appointments outside the service area may be canceled.
