FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Do you notarize online?

No. Georgia doesn't allow its notaries to notarize remotely, so every notarization happens in person.

Can you tell me which document I need?

No. I'm not an attorney, so I can't choose, draft, or explain legal documents. I can tell you what Georgia requires for the notarization and what the state needs for an apostille.

Do I need to be in Georgia for an apostille?

No. The document needs to be from Georgia. You can mail it to me from anywhere.

Do you do loan signings or closings?

No. No loan signings, refinances, or real estate closings.

What happens to the document photos I upload?

They're deleted once your service is complete. Original documents come back to you by tracked mail.
